Not an April Fool’s Day joke – two more homes came on the market this week, so now the total is up to four available in Belwood. (For the skinny on them, visit the Homes Info section of this site.) It makes three on Belridge in the last month!
The range in Belwood homes now is from $1,099,000 for a small (1744 sf) home to $1,729,000 for an extremely large one. And… Rumor is that a 1400 SF home will be offered on the market for $1,100,000 soon. (That does not appear to be in line with “market value” but we’ll see what happens.) There is slight upward pressure on pricing BUT it remains true that most homes are still not selling in Los Gatos.
